FROM TORONTO
Traveling west on Hwy 401 to Kitchener, exit onto Hwy 8 West. Continue on Hwy 8 West through Kitchener and Stratford to Seaforth. In Seaforth, turn left at the traffic light onto Main St South/Hwy 12. Approximately 2 km further on, turn right onto County Rd 3 (Mill Road) and continue to Bayfield.
Once in Bayfield, turn right onto Hwy 21 North towards the Square. Turn left onto the Square and then a slight right onto Bayfield’s Heritage Main Street. The Little Inn is at the end of the second block on the right.
FROM LONDON
Take Hwy 4 North to Brucefield. Turn left at the flashing light in Brucefield onto County Rd 3 (Mill Road) and continue to Bayfield.
Once in Bayfield, turn right onto Hwy 21 North towards the Square. Turn left onto the Square and then a slight right onto Bayfield’s Heritage Main Street. The Little Inn is at the end of the second block on the right.
FROM MICHIGAN
From the Bluewater Bridge in Port Huron, take Hwy 402 East to the Hwy 21/Forest Road exit. Take Hwy 21 North towards Bayfield.
Once in Bayfield, turn left onto the Square. Then take a slight right onto Bayfield’s Heritage Main Street. The Little Inn is at the end of the second block on the right.

“This place is a real gem! The bed was super comfy and the room was absolutely delightful. Some things are showing their age, like chairs but I loved it!!! Staff is friendly and seem to care. What more can you ask for? How about a great meal? Not to worry!! The food is beyond delicious. Every choice the chef makes from offerings to how precisely food is cooked to their presentation. It is just so skillfully done. Hats off to the chef!!! You can’t get better and we travel to France and Italy often enough! We are accustomed to good food. Definitely coming back!”

Since we were celebrating, we even shared all 3 desserts, which were out of this world. Given the time of year, we were also very keen to hear the ghost stories from this old historical building. “If you’re looking for a quiet, quaint getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the middle of Bayfield, you are close to the lake and many unique shops in walking distance. The pace is relaxed and comfortable. The setting is a throwback to a simpler time when this inn was a stop for the horse-drawn stage coaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very attractive and a large, comfortable space.”
