Terms and Conditions

September to June

Our room reservation cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation needs to be made 3 days prior to arrival in order to obtain a refund of the deposit.

Should cancellation occur within the 3 days of arrival, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

All reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card and a $100.00 deposit per night per room booked.

The deposit is taken at the time of reservation.

July & August

All reservations booked on a weekend in July and August require a two-night minimum stay. 

Friday/Saturday or a Saturday/Sunday. Any early departures from the Inn will result in all remaining charges to be paid in full. 

Cancellation for July and August is one week prior to arrival date. Should cancellation occur within the week of arrival any deposit paid is NON REFUNDABLE regardless of cancellation reason.

All reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card and a $100.00 deposit per night per room booked.
The deposit is taken at the time of reservation.

 

Other Terms

The majority of our room accommodations are based on double occupancy.

  • Garden Suite #1, Terrace Suite #9 and Original Room 12 offer one bed plus a pull out sofa bed for maximum accommodation of 4 ppl.
  • Original Room 15 can accommodate 2 cots for maximum accommodation of 4 ppl

We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking in room cleaning fee $250.00 plus hst

Parking is public street parking.

Pets are not allowed.
