We do not over-book.  Reservations are guaranteed by deposit of one night's lodging.
  
72 hour cancellation is required or the deposit is forfeited. Deposit refunds are subject to a $25 service fee if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
 

Children 9 years and younger stay free.  Children’s meals are not included in our packages.

Rates increase by $50 for bed & breakfast or $110 for bed, breakfast & dinner for each additional person in the room over 16 years of age.

Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to 13% HST.
  
Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or who depart before their confirmed departure date will be charged the full rate unless the accommodation is resold for the booked period.
 
If you need to check out before 8:00 am, please settle your account the previous evening.

Early arrival/late departure is sometimes available with prior arrangement.

Pets are welcome only in designated rooms. The fee for bringing a quiet well-mannered pet is $50 plus HST.

From May to mid-November, we require a two-night booking over a Saturday including dinner one night. Last minute cancellations occasionally result in one-night weekend bookings becoming available.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available from Sunday to Thursday, May 1 - Nov 15, and Sunday to Friday, Nov 16 - Apr 30, with some exceptions.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day require special holiday package bookings. Regular packages are not available at those times.

A minimum "One Night Dinner Package" is required for Sundays on the following holiday weekends: Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday and Labour Day.
