The Little Inn welcomes business groups
to exceptional meeting
facilities, accommodation and dining in historic
Bayfield, Ontario. Although located just over 2 hours from
Toronto and 2 ½ hours from Detroit, our historic
coaching inn and pretty Lake Huron village are a world
removed from distractions and urban busy-ness.
The Little Inn comprises two buildings,
the original heritage-designated coaching inn and the
Guest Cottage; both are local landmarks and are surrounded
by towering trees and shade gardens. Twenty-nine guest
rooms, individually decorated for comfort and charm, are
a pleasure to stay in, whether for relaxing between meetings
or as a haven for uninterrupted thought.
Dining
at the inn is a pleasurable, memorable experience, and
the inn has received the CAA/AAA Four Diamond award for
quality of exterior condition and architectural importance,
interior furnishings, room amenitities,menu and food presentation
and, above all else service.
We have been honoured as the first Ontario country inn
to receive the Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator
for the breadth and quality of our wine list.
Our meeting facilities
are extensive and varied. There are seven distinctive
meeting spaces, each with its own ambiance and facilities,
from boardrooms for private discussion to larger spaces
that seat up to 130 people. All meeting rooms are equipped
for modern communications requirements.
At the Little Inn, team-building and after-hours
programming is a house specialty! The region supports
a variety of enjoyments that we incorporate into meeting
packages, from golf to ice-fishing. The Little Inn Cooking
School provides entertaining and informative hands-on
workshops, and these are just as popular with corporate
groups as they are with our leisure travellers.
