Ontario meetings: Meetings at the Little Inn of Bayfield

The Little Inn welcomes business groups to exceptional meeting facilities, accommodation and dining in heritage Bayfield, Ontario. Located just over 2 hours from Toronto and 2 hours from Detroit, our historic coaching inn and pretty Lake Huron village are a world removed from distractions and urban busy-ness.

The Little Inn is comprised of two buildings, the original heritage-designated coaching inn and the Guest Cottage; both are local landmarks and are surrounded by towering trees and beautiful gardens. 28 guest rooms, individually decorated for comfort and charm, are a pleasure to stay in, whether for relaxing between meetings or as a haven for uninterrupted thought.

Our meeting facilities are extensive and varied. There are five distinct meeting spaces, each with its own special ambiance, from boardrooms for private discussion to larger spaces that seat up to 130 people. All meeting rooms are equipped for modern communication requirements.

At The Little Inn, team-building and after-hours programming are a house specialty! The Little Inn Cooking School provides entertaining and informative hands-on workshops, and these are just as popular with corporate groups as they are with our leisure travellers.

2013 Conference Packages

The Little Inn is known as the "small meeting specialist". Most groups book the entire Guest Cottage, enabling 100% privacy and productivity. The Little Inn and its experienced staff are able to give your group more attention to the details, accessibility at all times and unequaled professionalism.

Conference packages start at $224* per person, per night, including:

  • accommodation
  • breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
  • use of meeting rooms and breakout rooms**
  • use of the Inn's audio visual equipment***

* Weekend rates vary.

** Set up fee of $100-$150 is additional based on group size and set-up requirements.

*** Please discuss audio visual requirements with our conference coordinator in advance. In some cases it is more cost effective to transport your own equipment rather than rent items that we do not have.
