Top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute in Ottawa, Joseph trained in France under Chef Marc Veyrat, the only three-star Michelin chef to achieve a perfect "marc"! With several years of international experience under his belt, Joseph has returned to Canada to perfect his craft at the Four Diamond Little Inn of Bayfield.
Joseph's philosophy in the kitchen can only be described as imaginative. Combining his classical French training with studies of molecular cuisine, Joseph brings a new level of technical expertise to The Little Inn's kitchen.
